REIL’s versatile approach has also led to acquisitions in the prime residential sector, we have recently completed several bulk purchases and provide asset management services to maximise the realisation of these assets for our clients. Another recent project involved the acquisition of a distressed mixed portfolio scheme in central London and we now look to future-proof these assets to ensure 100% occupancy into the future.
